Whatever is in the past that haunts you or makes you sad or fearful, necessarily stays there. It cannot be undone. If some past event or encounter still bothers you, do what you can and process through it and let it go. You alone give it the power it has over you. Release it and instead focus on the present moment. Be mindful right now of where you are, who you are, and what you are doing. Paying attention to and being fully present in each moment of your life means you truly will be "showing up for your life". That is the way to happiness.

happy 18th, naynay!

my most shunga friend ever! naalala ko pa nag-mall tayo dati nila camille tapos habang naglalakad sa dept store, ung mga nadaanan mong mga wallet naglaglagan! teh! walking disaster ka! hahahaha! pero love lots! 

ngayong 18 ka na, sana di ka na walking disaster sa mall. choz! alam mo naman friend i wish you all the best, all the nutrition in the world kunin mo na! tsaka mag-aral kang mabuti ha...para maging cum laude ka...talbugan mo si james! kung magbo-boyfriend ka, go lang. hahaha basta pakilala mo samin. tsaka dapat cum laude ka pa rin. :))

gurl salamat sa pa-shakeys mo! tsaka sa prize ko sa bagong-bagong game na Bring Me sa party mo. hahaha! i love you gurl! wala na ko ma-say. alam mo naman, few steps away lang ako sa bahay niyo.  wala lang. sinasabi ko lang. :))

favorite ko na talaga si nicholas sparks! sa tuwing magtatapos ako sa novel niya, magtutubig talaga yung mata ko huhuhuhu. happy endings naman pero grabe yung drama, hangang-hanga ako sa talento niyang magsulat. hahaha ansabeeeeeee. pero swear, siya na talaga favorite author ko! no offense sa ibang writers ha. hahahaha chosera!
